The b. class® encompasses everything you ever wanted in a fitness class.
This is a fitness class that works the body, mind and soul: a new brand of dance fitness, designed for women of all ages. Simple choreography and fitness moves are matched to empowering songs that are specifically chosen to move us, creating a unique class that can best be described by experiencing it for yourself. Each class finishes with a simple stretch and shavasana.

Intro to The b. class series in the Duncan BC is happening now!
This class evolves over the course of 6 weeks and is perfect for someone who has never tried The b. class before AND for someone coming back to it. Great for ladies of all fitness levels who love to dance and feel empowered by awesome music!
Strength training is an essential component for fat loss in our 40s. Not only does it boost metabolism and optimize our bodies' system to shed fat it also counters the natural effects of muscle depletion and decreasing bone density as we age. And this begins earlier than you think, often in our mid 30s.
Total Body Train is a 35 minute strength training workout done to music. Depending where you currently are in your journey you can use bodyweight, dumbbells, bands or kettlebells or anything you may have around the house.

Strong30™ is a unique 30 minute interval class including a warm up cool down, core work and HIIT (high intensity interval training). The workout combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Use drumsticks or a creative substitution with items you find around the house, get creative, and join us online!
