    The b. class

    The b. class is a music-driven, empowering movement experience that supports your body, mind, and soul. Simple dance fitness choreography is matched with powerful songs to help you build strength, balance your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

     POUND – All Levels Welcome A rhythm-based cardio and strength workout using Ripstix and music to create a powerful, stress-relieving experience. Designed for both beginners and returning participants, with supportive instruction in the first weeks and dynamic full-playlist classes that follow. We include plenty of options to modify and move at your own pace.

    2-Class Spring Pass (POUND + The b. class)

        Join both Pound and The b. class each week for the full music, movement, and community experience. Two in-person classes per week at Queen Margaret's School in Duncan

    • Mondays and Thursday 6-7pm

    Classes take place at Queen Margaret’s School in Duncan, BC. After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact room location and parking details.


    There are no in-person makeup classes, but you can make up the missed session anytime using the on-demand library. This keeps your momentum going even during busy weeks. 


    Yes. To ensure each woman has enough space to move freely, classes are capped at 16 participants total. 


    Absolutely. This program is designed for women of all levels, especially those returning to movement or beginning again. 

     All classes are bodyweight-only, and every movement is fully modifiable. You know your body best, and you’re always encouraged to choose the variation that feels right for you. 


    Every class includes low-impact and joint-friendly options. If you ever need a variation or an adjustment, just let me know and I will offer a supportive alternative so you can keep moving safely.


    You can pay online by credit card via the buttons above, or contact me directly to pay by e-transfer. Class-only passes are paid upfront to secure your space. 


    Program and class-only pass holders receive priority for space. If there is room in a given class, drop-ins may be allowed, but are not guaranteed.


    Please bring: 

    • A yoga mat 

    • A water bottle 

    • Fitness shoes 

    I’ll provide the Ripstix® for POUND.


    You are not behind. You’re not too late. And you won’t be out of place.  These classes are intentionally designed for women who want a gentle yet powerful re-entry into fitness, with full support and zero judgment.
     


    You’ll have the option to continue your momentum with advanced enrolment to the next class series.


    Most women feel so good after 6 weeks that continuing feels like the natural next step.
