Yes. If you’re over 40 (over even if you're not) and noticing changes in your energy, sleep, metabolism, mood, stress, or recovery, this program will support you whether or not you identify as “in perimenopause.”
You are not behind. You’re not too late. And you won’t be out of place. This program is intentionally designed for women who want a gentle yet powerful re-entry into fitness, with full support and zero judgment.
• Two in-person classes (45–60 minutes each)
• Meal prep time (60-90 minutes/week)
• A weekly reflection prompt (2–5 minutes)
The goal is to simplify your routine, not overwhelm it.
The private Facebook group is recommended for connection and encouragement, but not required. All core program materials will be delivered via email as well.
You’ll have the option to continue your momentum with:
• The next class series
• The hybrid membership (launching soon) • Future seasonal programs
• Your $25 voucher, if you got that bonus
Most women feel so good after 6 weeks that continuing feels like the natural next step.
