One moment you feel motivated and energized.
The next, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, emotional, disconnected from yourself, or like your body is suddenly playing by an entirely different set of rules.
The workouts that used to work don't feel the same anymore.
Your stress tolerance feels lower.
Sleep changes.
Energy changes.
Recovery changes.
Even your sense of self can begin to shift.
And for many women, one of the hardest parts is not understanding why.
Instead of feeling supported through this transition, many women end up blaming themselves.
They think they need to try harder.
Be more disciplined.
Push more.
Start over again on Monday.
But what if the problem isn't you?
What if your body is simply asking for a different kind of support in this stage of life?
The Perimenopause Support Series was created to be a different kind of wellness experience.
Not another overwhelming information-heavy summit.
Not another rigid challenge.
Not another place where you're handed a long list of things you "should" be doing.
This is a space for understanding.
A space for support.
A space to pause long enough to hear what your body may be trying to tell you.
A space to connect with other women navigating this season too.
A space to remember that you were never meant to do this alone.

Many women spend years searching for the right plan.
The right workout.
The right nutrition strategy.
The right supplement.
The right routine.
And while those things can certainly help, they often don't address what many women are truly craving during perimenopause.
Understanding.
Support.
Connection.
Permission to stop fighting themselves.
Permission to stop starting over.
Permission to listen to what their body may be asking for now.
The women I've spoken with aren't looking for more pressure.
They're looking for a way forward that feels realistic.
Sustainable.
Compassionate.
Supportive.
What if support was exactly what your body has been asking for all along?

I'm a health and wellness coach, fitness instructor, and creator of the M-Powered community.
Over the years, through my classes, coaching, programs, and conversations with women over 40, I've noticed a common theme.
Women are doing all the "right things" and still feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and confused about why what used to work no longer feels supportive.
And underneath so much of it is self-blame.
Women believing they lack discipline.
Women thinking they're failing.
Women constantly starting over.
The more conversations I had, the more I realized something important:
We don't need more pressure.
We need more support, understanding and connection.
We need spaces where we can feel seen, heard, and reminded that we're not alone in what we're experiencing.
Recently, women have been asking questions like:
"What is actually happening to me?"
"What do I need right now?"
"How do I support myself without adding more pressure and overwhelm?"
Those conversations inspired The Perimenopause Support Series.
This experience was created to help women better understand what's happening in their bodies, explore different forms of support, and reconnect with themselves in a more compassionate and supportive way.
Because, despite what happened in generations before ours, perimenopause isn't something we're meant to navigate alone.
Most perimenopause events focus on information.
This event focuses on support.
You'll experience what support can actually look and feel like through conversation, reflection, community, and self-understanding.
Instead of leaving with pages of notes and a long list of things you should be doing, you'll have opportunities to pause, reflect, and connect with what you need most right now.
One of the hardest parts of perimenopause can be feeling like you're navigating it alone.
This experience is designed to remind you that you're not.
Movement, grounding practices, visualization, and reflection are woven throughout the experience to help you feel more calm, connected, and supported.
When we understand what is happening in our bodies, we can respond with more compassion, confidence, and self-trust instead of self-blame.
Because perimenopause isn't something to just 'get through'.
It's something to understand.
